Ich suche ja immer mal spannende Dinge zum posten. Heute ein Link von PP: Work organization and mental health problems in PhD students.
Bei mir ist das ja schon ein bißchen her, aber die Autoren berichten: "Especially work-family interface, job demands and job control, the supervisor’s leadership style, team decision-making culture, and perception of a career outside academia are linked to mental health problems".
'supervisor’s leadership style' finde ich besonders interessant. Jan hätte da bestimmt einige Anekdoten auf Lager..
